World Map Quilt with Union Flag Design

This world map quilt is based off a really simple idea: a pixellated world map!

There are over 1000 separate squares sewn together to create the pattern of the different continents and the Union Jack design, making this one of the more complex pieces that Louise has produced.

The final size of the piece is approximately 100 cm x 250 cm

The quilt is, and will always be, Louise’s personal property, but if you would like to view it in person, it will be on display at Louise’s 2015 Open Studios.
